These Official Rules govern the “Bold City Bet” game promotion (the “Promotion”) conducted by Electric Dough Pizza Co. (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Project Q SM, LLC d/b/a Electric Dough Pizza Co., 1922 Felch Ave Suite 3, Jacksonville, FL 32207.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and physically located in the State of Florida, who are at least 18 years old at the time of qualification, and who are enrolled as active Electric Dough Rewards loyalty members on or before December 1, 2026 (the “Qualification Deadline”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members, are not eligible.

3. Qualification Period

The qualification period begins on August 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 1, 2026. No qualification for the Prize is possible after this date. Loyalty membership status is determined by Sponsor’s records as of the Qualification Deadline, and those records are final.

4. How to Qualify — No Purchase Necessary

To qualify, an individual need only join the Electric Dough Rewards loyalty program on or before the Qualification Deadline. Enrollment is free and does not require a purchase. No additional entry, purchase, or action is required to qualify for the Prize beyond active loyalty membership as of the Qualification Deadline.

5. Triggering Event

Qualified members will each receive the Prize described below if, and only if, the Jacksonville Jaguars win Super Bowl LXI (the “Triggering Event”), currently scheduled for February 2027. If the Jacksonville Jaguars do not win Super Bowl LXI, no Prize will be awarded under this Promotion, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to qualified members under these Official Rules.

6. Prize

Each qualified member will receive one (1) free medium, one-topping pizza (the “Prize”), redeemable at participating Electric Dough Pizza Co. locations. Each Prize has an assigned retail/prize value of $7.00. Prizes are limited to the first 15,000 individuals who qualify under Section 4 (determined by loyalty program enrollment order). No cash alternative or substitution is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Odds

Odds of receiving the Prize are not based on chance among entrants; every qualified member (limited to the first 15,000 as described in Section 6) will receive the Prize if the Triggering Event occurs. The occurrence of the Triggering Event itself is outside Sponsor’s control and is not guaranteed.

8. Winner Notification & Redemption

If the Triggering Event occurs, Sponsor will notify all qualified members via the contact information associated with their loyalty account (e-mail, SMS, and/or in-app notification) within 10 business days of the Triggering Event. Each Prize must be redeemed in-store on or before December 31, 2027 (the “Redemption Window”), after which the Prize will be forfeited. Proof of qualifying loyalty membership status may be required at redemption. Limit one (1) Prize per person/account.

9. Taxes

Sponsor will report the value of Prizes as required by applicable federal and state law. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion, or these Official Rules, should any factor beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to a work stoppage, cancellation, or restructuring of the NFL season or Super Bowl LXI) impair the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable Florida law regarding previously qualified members’ rights.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the qualification process or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected loyalty account information, or for any technical failure of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, except where such release is prohibited by law.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved individually, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Duval County, Florida, without resort to any form of class action.

13. Privacy

Information collected from members in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable Florida law, including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights where applicable.

14. Compliance with Florida Law — Bonding & Registration

This Promotion has a total announced prize value is in excess of $5,000, and is therefore subject to Section 849.094, Florida Statutes. In compliance with that section, Sponsor has file(d) these Official Rules and a registration statement with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the qualification period, and has establish(ed) a trust account or obtained a surety bond in an amount equal to the total announced value of all Prizes offered, as required by law.
