Build Your Own Pizza

I ordered a "build your own pizza" and it was perfection! It had the red sauce, dairy free cheese, pulled chicken, bacon, caramelized onions and the Porcini-Truffle aioli. I love that you can make it your own.

Meet Chef Tom

Our chef and owner, Tom Gray, has been nominated for a James Beard Award twice. He owns Prati Italia at the Town Center and Town Hall, a few doors down from us here in San Marco Square.

To say he's passionate about pizza is an understatement!  The Roman-style dough he created (after at least a hundred recipe tests!) is light and airy with a caramelized, Detroit-inspired edge and cheese baked all the way to the rim of the pan. The pizzas are pretty awesome, but don't take our word for it - come and try them yourself!
