Frequently Asked Questions
How many people does one pizza feed?
We have two sizes: Medium (6-piece / 8x8) and Large (10-piece / 8x12). The Medium feeds one as a meal, or two as a share with apps or salads. The Large is great for two to three. Gluten-free crusts are 12-inch ovals.
What makes your pizza so different?
Our crust is old-world meets new-world: a long-fermented, light and airy Roman-style dough crossed with Detroit-style crispy, cheesy edges, baked in rectangular metal pans. We top it corner to corner and bake it in our Italian electric ovens. See the full lineup on our menu.
What else is on your menu?
Beyond our High Voltage Pizzas, we have Lightning Bites appetizers, fresh salads, a kids menu, and gelato, plus a wide variety of Tractor Organic beverages. We offer craft and classic cocktails, beer, and wine from the full bar. Browse it all on the menu.
Do you offer gluten-free pizza?
Yes. Our gluten-free crusts come from Elaine's Gluten Free Creations and are 12-inch ovals.
How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Our menu marks gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan items. For allergies, tell the cashier when you order so we can answer your questions and make sure your needs are covered.
What is the best way to reheat leftover pizza?
For slices, warm a skillet on low with a little oil, microwave the slice 20 to 30 seconds to take off the chill, then crisp it in the pan, covered, on low. For whole pizzas, bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes on a sheet pan, then cool on a rack so the bottom stays crisp.
Are reservations required or accepted?
No reservations needed. We're craft-casual: order at the counter, grab a table number, and our team brings your food. Already seated and want more? Just let us know and we'll ring it up at your table. Bar guests get full service from the bar team.
Do you have a full bar?
Yes. Craft and classic cocktails, hard slushies, beers on tap and by the bottle or can, plus wine by the glass or bottle. Check out our bar menu online for our current offerings.
How do I order for pickup or delivery?
Order online for pickup or delivery right from our site. Ordering direct is the fastest way and the best way to support us. We're also on DoorDash and Uber Eats. Or walk up and order at the counter any time we're open.
Tell me about your "Fresh To-Go" retail products.
Our retail case has fresh pastas, sauces, and Chef Tom's famous Pimento Cheese, plus beverages and imported Italian items for easy grab-and-go to prepare at home.
Do you cater?
Yes. Visit our catering page to see options and send your details. For office lunches and group orders, give us the date, headcount, and any dietary needs, and we'll handle the rest.
Do you have a private dining area?
Our front dining room can be reserved for parties. To inquire, send us the details of your event through our inquiry form: your event date, number of guests, the type of event (family celebration, work event), food and beverage needs, and anything else, and we'll be in touch.
Where do I park?
There's street parking around San Marco Square, plus community parking from Aspire Church across from the Fire Station (please avoid the church lot on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings). Surrounding neighborhoods have street parking too, so read the posted signs, don't block driveways, and keep noise down late. Thanks for being a good neighbor.
What are your hours?
We're open continuous service every day starting at 11am. Sunday to Thursday we're open until 10pm. Friday and Saturday we're open until midnight. The full menu is offered during business hours, so no matter the day or time, our kitchen is open.
The $12.50 lunch special runs daily, 11am to 3pm, dine-in.
How many locations are there?
Just one for now, locally owned and operated by San Marco locals. Our flagship is in historic San Marco Square and opened in June 2025. Want Electric Dough in your neighborhood? Email hello@electricdoughpizza.com.
What is the history of the building?
This is the historic San Marco Theatre, opened in 1938. We tell the whole story on our San Marco Theatre history page. If you have old memories or mementos, we'd love to hear them at hello@electricdoughpizza.com.
