This pizza is delicious! What makes it so different?
The crust is our own unique blend of "old world meets new world", influenced from (old world) Roman-style doughs that are light and airy due to a long fermentation process, and (new world) Detroit-style pizzas that have crispy cheesy edges and are baked in rectangular metal pans. After making the crust, we layer the pizzas with "better for you" toppings from corner to corner and bake them in our Italian electric ovens to crispy perfection. We think they're pretty special and are excited to share them with you!
How many pieces in your pizzas / how many people does one pizza feed?
We offer two sizes, 6-piece and 10-piece. The 6-piece (8" x 8") easily feeds one as a main meal by itself, and two as a share pizza with other items such as appetizers or salads. The 10-piece (8" x 12") is perfect for two - three people as a shared meal, also depending on if you adding appetizers and salads.
Our gluten-free pizza crusts are sourced from Elaine's Gluten Free Creations and are 12" ovals.
What else is on your menu?
In addition to our High Voltage Pizzas, we have an assortment of appetizers (we call them Lightning Bites) and fresh salads, plus a kid's menu for children aged 6 and under. For dessert we offer 12 different gelato flavors, gelato sandwiches, and Lavazza coffee drinks. You can enjoy assorted non-alcoholic organic sodas, juices, slushees and teas from Tractor Beverage Co. as well as craft and classic cocktails from our full bar, along with beer, wine and hard slushees.
With no fryers in the kitchen, and our sourcing of clean, "better for you ingredients," you can be sure that the foods you enjoy at Electric Dough Pizza Co. are light, flavorful and fresh! Don't forget about our "Fresh To-Go" culinary products (coming soon!) that you can take home as well.

How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

What is the best way to reheat left-over pizza?
Reheating Slices: Preheat a skillet on low with light oil. For a softer crust, microwave your pizza for 20-30 seconds max to take the chill off before placing the pizza in the preheated pan. Place pizza in pan, cover and heat on low for a few minutes until the cheese is hot and melted, and the bottom of the pizza has crisped.
Reheating Whole Pizzas: Preheat oven to 400°. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes on a sheet pan. For a crispier crust, bake on a rack with a sheet pan placed below. Remove from oven when cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to cool for a few minutes on a cooling rack so bottom stays crispy and cheese sets before cutting.
Are reservations required or accepted?
No reservations accepted or required. We are a craft-casual restaurant where you order at the counter, receive a table number and seat yourself. Our service team will bring your order to your table and if you are ever in need of ordering anything once you are seated, they can place your order for you, ring you up right at your table and bring your items to you. It's a great "hybrid" service model that makes it easy and convenient for everyone! Guests dining at the bar receive full service from our bar team.
Do you have a full bar?
Yes, we do! Enjoy a full assortment of craft and classic cocktails, hard slushees, beers on tap and the bottle or can, plus wines available by the glass or bottle to compliment your meal.
